Refund and Returns Policy

At SalamPrint, most of our products are custom printed specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our services, refunds and returns are limited and subject to the conditions below.
By placing an order with SalamPrint, you agree to this policy.
1. Custom Printed Products
All custom printed products are final sale once production has begun.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Business cards
- Flyers
- Brochures
- Banners
- Signs
- Stickers
- Postcards
- Apparel
- Any item printed with customer provided artwork
Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Customer spelling errors
- Design mistakes
- Incorrect dimensions submitted by the customer
- Low resolution artwork
- Color expectations based on screen display
- Errors that were approved in the final proof
Customers are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before printing begins.
2. Proof Approval Responsibility
Before production, SalamPrint may provide a digital proof for approval.
Once a proof is approved:
- Production will begin.
- The order cannot be canceled.
- SalamPrint is not responsible for any errors that were present in the approved proof.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review spelling, layout, colors, quantities, and specifications.
3. Print Variations
Due to differences between screens, printers, materials, and lighting conditions:
- Slight color variations may occur.
- Minor trimming differences may occur.
- Paper texture and finish may vary slightly.
These normal production variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for refunds.
4. Defective or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains a production defect caused by SalamPrint, you must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
- Provide clear photos showing the issue.
- Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
If we determine the issue was caused by a production error on our end, we will:
- Reprint the order at no additional cost, or
- Issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
SalamPrint reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund or reprint.
5. Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier:
- SalamPrint is not responsible for shipping delays.
- We are not liable for carrier related delays, lost packages, or weather disruptions.
If a package is lost or severely damaged in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before:
- Proof approval, and
- Production has begun.
If production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
7. Non Refundable Fees
The following are non refundable:
- Design fees
- Setup fees
- Rush production fees
- Shipping charges once shipped
