1. Production Timeline

Production begins only after:

  • Full payment has been received, and
  • Final proof approval has been provided when applicable.

Estimated production times vary depending on the product and may differ between:

  • In-house printed items
  • Outsourced or specialty printed items

Production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.


2. In-House Printing

Products printed in-house typically have shorter turnaround times. However, production time may vary due to:

  • Order volume
  • File corrections
  • Material availability
  • Equipment maintenance

Rush services may be available for certain products at an additional cost.


3. Outsourced or Specialty Printing

Some products may be produced through trusted third-party production partners.

Outsourced items may require additional production time. SalamPrint is not responsible for delays caused by third-party production facilities, though we work closely with partners to meet expected timelines.


4. Shipping Methods

SalamPrint offers shipping through standard carriers. Available shipping options may include:

  • Standard shipping
  • Expedited shipping
  • Local delivery (if applicable)
  • In-store pickup

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise arranged.


5. Shipping Time vs Production Time

Production time and shipping time are separate.

For example:

  • A 3-5 business day production timeline does not include shipping time.
  • Shipping time depends on the selected shipping method and carrier performance.

Customers are responsible for ordering early enough to meet event or deadline needs.


6. Local Pickup

Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready.

Orders not picked up within a reasonable period may be subject to storage limitations.


7. Risk of Loss & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer.
  • SalamPrint is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, SalamPrint will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

SalamPrint is not liable for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses
  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Additional shipping fees required to resend packages

9. Delivery Deadlines

SalamPrint does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless a written agreement has been made in advance.

We are not liable for missed event dates due to:

  • Late order placement
  • Delayed proof approval
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Production disruptions beyond our control
