Welcome to SalamPrint. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website, placing orders, uploading designs, and purchasing products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About SalamPrint
SalamPrint provides custom printing products including business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, apparel, and other print materials. Our services may include online ordering, file upload, design customization, print production, shipping, and local pickup when available.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for making sure all order details are correct, including product type, size, quantity, paper type, finish, shipping address, and uploaded artwork.
Once an order is submitted, we may begin processing it quickly. Because many of our products are custom printed, changes or cancellations may not be possible after production has started.
3. Artwork and File Uploads
You are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of any artwork, logos, images, text, or files you upload.
Before submitting your order, please check your file for:
- Spelling and grammar mistakes
- Correct names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses
- Image quality and resolution
- Proper sizing, bleed, margins, and orientation
- Correct colors and design placement
SalamPrint is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork after the order has been approved or submitted.
4. Proofs and Approval
Some orders may include a digital proof before printing. If a proof is provided, it is your responsibility to review it carefully before approval.
Approval of a proof means you accept the design, layout, spelling, colors, size, and all visible details. After approval, SalamPrint is not responsible for mistakes that were visible in the proof.
5. Colors and Print Variation
Printed colors may not match exactly what appears on your screen. Screens display colors differently, and print results can vary based on paper type, finish, ink, equipment, and production method.
Small variations in color, trimming, folding, alignment, and finish are normal in print production and are not considered defects unless they are outside reasonable production standards.
6. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of order unless other arrangements have been approved by SalamPrint.
We reserve the right to update pricing, product options, and availability at any time. If there is a pricing error or product error on the website, we may cancel or adjust the order and contact you before moving forward.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We may offer nationwide shipping and local pickup when available. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on production time, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside our control.
If we advertise or promise a specific shipping timeframe, we must have a reasonable basis for that timeframe. If no shipping timeframe is stated, FTC guidance says online sellers generally must ship within 30 days after receiving the customer’s order and payment details. If an order cannot ship on time, sellers may need to notify the customer and offer the choice to accept the delay or receive a refund for unshipped merchandise. (Federal Trade Commission)
SalamPrint is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Reprints
Because most printed products are custom made, returns are generally not accepted for reasons such as customer design mistakes, incorrect file setup, spelling errors, wrong product selection, or change of mind.
We may offer a reprint, refund, or store credit if the issue was caused by a production error or if the product arrives damaged or defective. You must contact us within [insert number of days, such as 3 or 5 business days] of receiving your order and provide photos or details of the issue.
Refunds or reprints are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Cancellations
Order cancellations may be accepted only if production has not started. Once an order has entered production, it may not be cancelled or refunded.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
10. Customer Content and Copyright
By uploading artwork, logos, images, or text, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it.
You agree not to upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or any other rights of another person or business.
You are responsible for any claims, damages, or legal issues that result from content you provide to SalamPrint.
11. Prohibited Content
SalamPrint reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that includes content we believe is unlawful, harmful, misleading, hateful, obscene, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
If an order is refused before production, we may issue a refund. If production has already started and the content violates these terms, a refund may not be available.
12. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to access private systems, interfere with website security, upload harmful files, or use the website for unlawful activity.
We may suspend or block access to our website if we believe these terms are being violated.
13. Product Availability
Some products, materials, finishes, colors, or quantities may be unavailable at certain times. We may substitute comparable materials or contact you with available options before producing your order.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SalamPrint is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, missed deadlines, or loss caused by customer-submitted errors.
Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.
15. No Guarantee of Business Results
SalamPrint provides printing services. We do not guarantee that printed materials will increase sales, customers, traffic, engagement, or business success.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
