These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SalamPrint website and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
SalamPrint provides custom printing services, including in-house and outsourced production of printed materials such as business cards, flyers, brochures, signage, banners, stickers, apparel, and related products.
All services are subject to availability and production capacity.
2. Orders & Acceptance
An order is considered confirmed only when:
- Full payment is received, and
- Final proof approval has been provided when applicable.
SalamPrint reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:
- Inappropriate or unlawful content
- Trademark or copyright violations
- Technical limitations
- Pricing errors
3. Proof Approval & Customer Responsibility
When a digital proof is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review:
- Spelling and grammar
- Layout and alignment
- Dimensions and specifications
- Colors
- Quantity
- Contact details
Once the proof is approved:
- Production will begin.
- The order cannot be canceled.
- SalamPrint is not responsible for errors present in the approved proof.
Failure to thoroughly review the proof does not transfer liability to SalamPrint.
4. Artwork & Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork or files, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the content, or
- You have permission to use the content.
SalamPrint is not responsible for verifying copyright ownership and is not liable for infringement claims resulting from customer submitted content.
We reserve the right to refuse any content that violates laws or infringes on intellectual property rights.
5. Production Time & Turnaround
Production time begins after:
- Payment is received, and
- Proof approval is finalized.
Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:
- File issues
- Material availability
- Equipment maintenance
- High order volume
- Third party production partners
SalamPrint is not liable for indirect losses due to production delays.
6. Color Accuracy & Print Variations
Printed products may vary slightly from on screen colors due to:
- Monitor differences
- Printing processes
- Material variations
- Lighting conditions
Minor variations in color, trimming, alignment, or finish are considered industry standard and are not grounds for refunds.
7. Payments
All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to:
- Adjust pricing due to errors
- Cancel unpaid orders
- Charge applicable taxes
Chargebacks filed without first contacting SalamPrint to resolve an issue may be disputed with supporting documentation.
8. Limitation of Liability
SalamPrint’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
We are not liable for:
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Customer submitted content errors
- Shipping carrier delays
9. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
SalamPrint is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or carrier related damage, though we will assist with claims when possible.
10. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before:
- Proof approval, and
- Production has started.
Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Michigan.
12. Modifications
SalamPrint reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
